Five 2D Pieces for Puzzle #01

INSTRUCTIONS FOR A QUICK PAPER-AND-SCISSORS PUZZLE:

1. Make a screen capture of the above 5-piece image.  (In Windows 10, use the desktop Snipping Tool app.)

2. Print the image. (In Windows 10, copy the image in the Snipping Tool, paste it into the WordPad desktop app, and print in WordPad.)

3. If you wish to work with larger pieces, you can enlarge the above 5-piece image in your computer or your printer, making sure that all 5 pieces are enlarged together, or by using the exact same enlargement factor.

4. Then you can cut out the 5 pieces.  To make the puzzle easier and more pleasant to work with, you can first use tracing paper to copy the pieces to cardboard or thin wood for cutting.

5. Of course, this quick method will provide only an approximate fit. If you want greater precision, you can draw the pieces from the dimensioned drawings on the next pages. For maximum precision, replicate the following dimensioned drawings using CAD software (and fabricate the puzzle on a 3D printer, if available).
